We sell and ship to all points in Canada.  We do not ship to International locations at this time.



Orders must be pre-paid.

We accept phone orders, but ViDoma Naturals does not accept responsibility for phone order errors. Customers are encouraged to order by email. Please send to

Shipping costs are a Flat Fee in Canada of 12.95 unless other promotional offers have been extended. The charges will appear on the invoice when the order is being finalized. Customers will receive an auto confirmation when the order is placed. Please carefully review this confirmation to make certain all information is correct before confirming the order. We are not responsible for order error.

All orders must be prepaid. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, PayPal and email transfer. Orders will be held until full payment is received..

**Currency: All our prices and invoices are in Canadian Dollars. 

Credits: Should you have a credit on file, please remind us to apply it to your next order. It must be used the same year it is given.



We typically ship all domestic orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. A flat fee shipping rate of 12.95 applies to Canadian orders. The average standard shipping time to most Canadian locations is between 2-10 business days. Shipping time to US destinations ranges from 17-21 days, depending on your location.


**Please note: Essential oils must be shipped via Canada Post Ground, FedEx Ground or UPS Standard Ground. ViDoma Naturals will not be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred by the customer.

Orders are fresh-made, so our need to prepare a new batch of your product may require a slight delay in shipping. However, orders are usually packaged within 1-14 business days after we receive your order, and then shipped. Shipping time depends on your location.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery time once shipment leaves our warehouse.


Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable / Refused Shipments / Address Changes

All returned and/or errors made on orders will be handled in a timely manner. If an error has been made on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the Consumer. Please submit orders in writing whenever possible.

If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping. If courier service was chosen, there is an address correction fee of $10 charged by UPS. If the customer refuses their shipment, the order is considered a non-authorized return and will not be refunded. All shipping on authorized, returned orders is non-refundable.



Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Credit must be requested within 15 days of receipt of goods. Orders and product being returned to ViDoma Naturals must be pre-authorized and have a Return Authorization Number clearly indicated on the return package.

Generally, ViDoma Naturals cannot be held responsible for product that is damaged during shipping. We endeavor to pack with shredded paper, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc. and to put the order in strong boxes, but sometimes the carrier can still manage to destroy the box during transport.

If some or all of your order arrives damaged, please immediately call or email and send us a photo of the damaged product in the box. We will decide whether it is the fault of our packing or of rough handling by the carrier. If it is our fault, we will reship according to the original request, at our expense. Should we decide on the latter, we can only reship once we receive a damage claim from the carrier, and it will be via the method that was originally requested on the original order. If you want a faster method, you must pay the difference and we are happy to ship according to your wishes.

Please pay attention to the ingredients listed for each product. Avoid ordering products which contain ingredients to which you are sensitive, intolerant or allergic. Products ordered in error will not be refunded. Once you receive your order, if you change your mind, please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns that have had the security shrink wrap removed. As well, the cost of returning the product to ViDoma Naturals is the responsibility of the customer. Complete, untouched and intact products may be reimbursed, but not the original shipping costs.



ViDoma Naturals guarantees that their products are pure and all-natural, fresh made in small batches, and that they contain ONLY the ingredients listed in the ingredients list. Our products are registered with Health Canada, and are listed in the cosmetic database safety guide to cosmetics and personal care products that is brought to you by researchers at the Environmental Working in the U.S.

Since all-natural products can work differently with each individual according to their current skin condition, their health and their lifestyle, results cannot be anticipated and are not guaranteed.

Our products are formulated with ingredients derived from nature, with botanicals and with essential oils. We use as little emulsification as possible in order to achieve the purest products. If your product looks like it is separating, just stir it or gently shake it.


Product batch variations

To provide our customers with maximum shelf life, ViDoma’s products are made in small batches. There will be variances in product colors and/or aromas due to the individual batch of botanical or oil used. Our lotions and creams are not perfectly white, and some of our products will darken slightly because the Vitamin E (tocopherol) that we use will naturally darken over time. Therefore if a new product is darker or lighter than the previous one, it is due to the variances noted above, and should not be of concern. Conversely, the Neck Firming Cream, Eczema Cream and Rosacea Cream will lighten as they are subjected to light. The color will change but the product retains its effectiveness.
