Founded in 2003, ViDoma Naturals was trademarked in 2006 and is becoming known as an up-and-coming Canadian manufacturer of effective, all-natural personal care products. ViDoma's formulations are the combined effort of two friends who began creating products when they worked in the alternative health care field. Marilyn Haggerty was an Aromatherapist who prided herself on being able to create personalized products for individual health needs, while Dorothy Turner, a Chartered Herbalist, encouraged health through the removal of chemicals in the home, through sound nutrition and by using natural, plant-based products to activate, cleanse and build the body to optimum health and vitality. Sadly, Marilyn passed away in March of 2009, and though her legacy will continue, she will be greatly missed.

We shared the belief that each of us needs to be concerned and vigilant about the chemicals present in personal care products, in cleaning products and even in food preparation, because these chemicals collect in the body over time.

That’s why, long before it was so popular, "green" and "eco-conscious", we decided to try to provide our clients with an affordable alternative. The recipes we use are our own, using our knowledge of the healing power of herbs, oils and essential oils and their special effects on the skin. They are therapeutic because we use only 100% pure, naturally-sourced ingredients that are food-grade, organic and nutritional. They are efective because the ingredient combinations are synergistic; they work together to create the desired benefits to the hair and skin. We use them, our families and friends use them, and we use them with our clients, creating specific recipes for individual needs if needed.
